Great help, although a lot of that info does not seem correct. Im not a health junkie so I do stand to be corrected but for instance "Season the salads and main dishes with vegetable oil" Shouldnt that be Olive oil? as it is healthier and even though marginally, less fattening? Maybe we need an updated site?

Honey is widely used in medicine and has a number of health benefits: it treats sore throat, it contains vitamin C, the main antioxidant, it has antibacterial properties. If these three facts don't prove, that honey is healthy, you may inform yourself here:

i think you missed the part where is says honey is glucose and fructose. i didn't say it is unhealthy, just that it is all sugar. people seem to think if something is "all natural" then it must be good for you. and it contains little to no vitamin C.
btw- i really like honey, use it all the time in tea.
