On the origins of curry or kaddy »
Posted by: Seva 2 months, 1 week agoIn spite of many interpretations about curry and curry powder etc., curry (the anglicized word) seems to based on kaddy, originally a humble northwestern Indian food dish; and as kaddy or curry traveled to other places and far off lands it transformed into many other varieties along the way.
