I understand the prison rehab but restaurants that look like prisons? I just don't see the ambiance in steel bars and locks.

I was under the idea that prison was to rehabilitate people. I think that this is a great idea! It gives the inmates a useful skill and can help support them while in custody. How can that be a bad thing?
