That's what I need, foods for a flatter stomach because, I don't want a fatter stomach.

Yeah, that's not fattening at all, right? Even if it was whole wheat...
Maybe put some in your big mac, or on your giant fries, too.

Everything in moderation is the key including food, drink and exercise. Give your body just enough of what it needs and you will be that much better for it.
