McCain "Family Recipes" Lifted from the Food Network »
Posted by: ybdogsct 4 months, 2 weeks agoIt seems that Cindy McCain, John McCain's perfect, blonde beer-baroness wife is about to find herself painted as the latest example of plagiarism on the campaign trail. At least three "McCain Family Recipes" posted on John McCain's campaign Web site and credited to his wife Cindy appeared to be direct copies of dishes created by the Food

Cindy McCain, can I have a side of "family values" to go with these "family recipes"?
No? Then how about a side of plagiarism with a dash of copyright infringement?
LOL.

"The McCains were just served a big slice of Humble Pie."
There's a huge difference between an unpaid intern screwing up and improperly posting recipes on a Web site and a candidate like Obama flat out plagiarizing other speeches while delivering his "own."
You can bet the staffer who screwed it up is gone.

The speech he used was from a friend and it was his friend who told him to use it.

Why would she have recipes? Tweakers don't get the munchies.

The candidates misappropriate copyrighted songs for their campaign and plagiarize portions of their speech without citing the original author, so it doesn't surprise me.

Agreed.
The cons continue to attack Obama`s wife over their wild misinterpretations of what she meant by `really proud of this country`.
But stealing recipes and trying to profit off them as your own by Cindy, the home-wreck thieving drug addict, nah, she`ll get a pass.
She was born with a silver-spoon and a trust-fund future, we working class people just don`t know how tough it is for the idle rich and should understand, `when the idle rich break the law, they do it because they are victims`.

Sad yet funny! The comedy continues!
I remember watching Nixon tell reporters that he would never run for another public office as long as he lived, after his lose to JFK. Then a few years later he runs again and wins, then only to resign later.
Thanks ybdogsct.

Oh My Goodness!! Recipes that existed in whole, or in part, previously? Cooking and baking food that people have cooked and baked before?? For shame!! I just bet that Hensley & Co. distributes beer that is made with the same ingredients and the same portions as a lot of other beers!! Once again... OH MY GOODNESS!!! And down the slippery slope we go... John McCain's foreign policy will be all about making the world safe for beer.
Actually, come to think of, that gets my vote.

I heard a group talking about how the only thing this people cook is their books and they live on the blood of soldiers and the their music of the screams of dying children in Iraq.. Pretty weird.. It not like they don't have maids or other paid employees doing everything for them...

So how does anybody know that these weren't Cindy's recipes and she contributed them to the Food Network? You guys do know that there aren't really any original recipes and all the recipes found on the Food Network came from somewhere else and not the television production company. I think you libs should stay on this story though, dig a little deeper, maybe you'll find some real dough. LOL

Why don't you post some evidence to support your conspiracy theory? There's a reason why the McCain's pulled these "Family Recipes" from the website, and it's because they KNOW Cindy McCain's verbatim copy of Food Network's recipes constitutes a copyright violation that is prosecutable in a court of law.
LOL.
You and your conspiracy theories.
Pathetic.

He stated prior to the race speech that he didn't hear and wasn't aware of the sermons the press was talking about. During the speech he said he had heard some but didn't agree with them. There was a survey he completed that showed very controversial answers. He said I never saw the form until it was shown to have his writing on it. I'd call both of those lies.
