The environmental crowd will still despise MickeyD's regardless of the latter's good will gesture.
When I was going to college ages ago, I worked part time and during the summers at McDonalds. Believe me, I needed the money. Lots of people started out working at McDonalds. McDonalds contributes all kinds of money to community organizations and Ronald McDonald House. What do the environemntalists contribute other than hot air?

  My guess would be that they contribute life, as opposed to money and lip service, along with heart attacks and strokes. Was that a trick question?

    You mean the same people that want to ban all scientific testing on animals for medical purposes, cause mass unemployment by shutting down "eco-unfriendly" businesses, and vandalize/destroy private property while endangering it's inhabitants? Whatever kind of life you think they're contributing to, it's not human.
