The Montreal Wine & Spirits Show is Canada's largest wine show. The show's spokesperson, Elyse Lambert, is one of Canada's best and most well-known wine experts. Outside of her duties with the Wine & Spirits Show, Elyse is the sommelier at the XO Restaurant in Montreal's St-James Hotel, and a full-time wine consultant.
