Organic and fair-trade coffee is becoming more and more accessible as major coffee chains, such as Starbucks, and supermarkets, such as Wal-Mart, begin stocking it at prices comparable to other gourmet conventional coffees. I love coffee and this chart helps me make my decision on the best fair trade and organic coffees to purchase.

    Coffee fuels the American economy just as much as oil. Without our daily dose(s), American's might just grind to a roasting halt.

    But, there isn't any reason to not be as Green as one can when purchasing coffee. This is a good comparison chart from National Geographic.
